Sol helps keep her alive as Lucina is still not that bulky with only 30 Base Def and 41 HP with Geirskogul, and neutral Def stat. Atk/Spd Bond 3 is recommended here because Lucina will stay close to her allies, and in return she can make great use of Atk/Spd Bond 3 or Atk/Def Bond 3 whenever she gets attacked. Spurs are safer than Hones, and that's because they can't be interrupted by Panic Ploys, Legion Axe+s, and other similar skills.
